Radical Acceptance and Sincerity
Accepting your neuro-identity without conditions; moving from 'Self-Fixing' to 'Self-Sincerity.'
Radical Neuro-Acceptance
For years, you've likely lived in a state of "I'll be happy when..." (*I'll be happy when I'm more organized, when I stop losing things, when I act more 'normal'*). This is a war against your own biology.
Radical Acceptance is the act of stopping the war. It's saying: *"I have an ADHD brain. It is messy, creative, and fast. It will always struggle with bills. This is my reality."*
This doesn't mean you "give up." It means you stop wasting energy on Internalized Hate and start using that energy for Systems. You stop trying to "change your character" and start "changing your calendar." Sincerity—being honest about your needs with yourself—is the only path to a sustainable life.
