Mental Agility
Cognitive flexibility is the ability to adapt to changing situations and switch between different perspectives. Within the ADHD and Autism spectrum, "rigidity" in thoughts can sometimes occur due to intense hyper-focus.
According to the Farklı Beyin perspective, this "muscle" can be developed through neuro-affirming exercises. Asking "What else could be true?", gamification, and perspective-shifting techniques reduce the brain's tendency to view events through a single window, enabling it to produce more creative solutions.
